About The Position

HELP is seeking motivated, customer-focused Plumbing Safety Inspection Technicians to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners seeking plumbing services. The role involves assessing customer needs, explaining plumbing solutions, and providing accurate estimates. It offers hands-on training, mentorship, practical skill development, and opportunities to grow within the company. Previous plumbing expertise is not required; the company states it can provide training.

Requirements

Some customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
Comfort working with tools and doing hands-on work.
Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Current and valid driver's license in the state where the employee will be working.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Educate customers about available plumbing services, products, and pricing.
Prepare and present estimates and service agreements.
Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive client experience.
Coordinate with technicians and service teams to support smooth service delivery.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
