About The Position

Provide color matching and small-batch blending support on-site at a customer location, with support moving toward minimal supervision. Produce and quality-control inks to ensure they meet or exceed customer specifications. The role requires customer-facing interpersonal skills, maintaining detailed production and quality-control records, and following safe operating and housekeeping practices. The position is in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area and works second shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing position.
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality-control inks to ensure they meet or exceed customer specifications.
• Maintain detailed production and quality-control records.
• With support, identify rework opportunities by reviewing batch tickets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.
• Lift buckets weighing up to 50 pounds and move 500-pound drums according to standard procedures.
