About The Position
The Ink Inplant Tech Trainee provides color-matching and small-batch blending support at a customer location, with support moving toward minimal supervision. This customer-facing position requires strong interpersonal skills. The role is based in the Fayetteville, Arkansas area and works second shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing position.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Able to lift 50-pound buckets and lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
- Able to move 500-pound drums following standard procedures.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Produce and quality-control inks to ensure they meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Maintain detailed production and quality-control records.
- With support, identify rework opportunities by reviewing batch tickets.
- Maintain housekeeping and operate safely.
