About The Position

Join ChampionX as a PSD Business System Administrator and play a pivotal part in supporting Product & Service Delivery operations. This office-based, day-shift position is perfect for detail-oriented professionals passionate about system administration, user support, and process optimization. • Prior exposure to field or PSD operations
• Experience in system administration within technical support settings

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain business systems for the assigned organization
• Provide responsive user support and coordinate local user communities
• Lead local user training sessions to promote effective system usage
• Manage user account creation, authorization, and maintenance
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve system errors, duplicates, and obsolete data
• Respond to system feedback, help requests, and bug/idea submissions
• Organize and maintain an efficient electronic archiving and document filing system
• Protect and handle sensitive information confidentially
• Foster quality customer service and satisfaction
