PS Program Manager
About The Position

This role coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration and consulting projects and engagements. This role is primarily tactical in nature and manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. The focus is on delivering new or enhanced products and improving customer satisfaction through the use of technology. Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key to this role, though a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests. The position may require occasional work at the client site.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, overseeing schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Provide guidance to team members within the latitude of established company policies.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect the immediate organization.
- Lead cooperative efforts among members of a cross-functional project team.
