About The Position

The Program Specialist (PS) ensures the delivery of high-quality residential services and maintains compliance with licensing standards and agency requirements. This leadership role requires integrity and a thorough understanding of licensing regulations and legislation related to Intellectual Disabilities (ID).

Requirements

18 years or older
Provide and maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
60 college credits and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities
2 years supervisory experience
Residential Group Home experience
Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Behavioral disabilities
Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid

Responsibilities

Supervise Residential Managers and conduct meetings.
Respond to calls during off hours.
Perform Residential Manager or DSP duties as needed and fill shifts when necessary.
Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain current knowledge of licensing guidelines and legislation in the ID field.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
