About The Position

ArchWell Health is hiring a per diem provider to deliver outpatient primary care to senior members at its community-based clinics. The organization emphasizes comprehensive, relationship-centered care rather than service volume, with additional time for patients and attention to their medical and social needs. Its clinics serve communities with limited access to quality healthcare and provide a wellness-focused environment where members are treated with respect. Providers work within a collaborative care team that may include Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and other center team members. A supportive care team, newly built centers, and a cloud-based electronic health record and technology are provided to help clinicians deliver high-quality care. The role may require travel among nearby centers within the market.
