About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting practitioners with the resolution of claims, pricing, coding, contract, and provider service issues, while partnering with internal departments to evaluate and resolve provider, contract, and operational concerns. The role also supports provider network administration activities, manages more complex issues, and may assist with training and mentoring staff.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, or 6 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience facilitating virtual meetings, presentations, and educational sessions.
Experience reviewing and maintaining provider policies, procedures, communications, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy and diligence.
Proven organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
Experience supporting provider network operations, including provider data maintenance and contract updates.
Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking operational trends.
Experience resolving provider inquiries and coordinating issue resolution across teams.
Experience supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.
