About The Position

Zeel is seeking a remote Provider Outreach & Support Associate to expand and support its nationwide network of massage therapists and wellness providers. This is an early-career, detail-oriented role focused on communication and independent work within a fast-paced environment. The associate will engage with prospective providers, assist them with onboarding and credentialing, support active therapists, and ensure a positive provider experience with Zeel. The position is fully remote, requiring applicants to be located within the United States.

Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly
Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
Thoughtful, empathetic, proactive, and resourceful
Able to manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of details
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work in a fully remote environment
Strong judgment and consistent follow-through
Works well both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Experience with Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and other remote collaboration tools
Interest in serving U.S. veterans and supporting access to care

Responsibilities

Communicating with prospective therapists and providers via phone, text, and email
Guiding providers through the application, onboarding, and credentialing process
Conducting provider outreach and consistent follow-up with applicants and active providers
Re-engaging therapists who are no longer active on the platform
Coordinating with internal teams to support provider success and provider experience
Assisting with orientations and onboarding sessions
Helping organize and improve internal processes, workflows, and operational projects
Monitoring provider network coverage and identifying operational gaps
