Provider Nurse - LPN/CMA
About The Position
The Provider Nurse provides nursing care and general nursing functions for ECHC patients during clinic visits. The role delivers age-specific and health-prevention nursing care and treatment services as ordered by a Registered Nurse, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner. The Provider Nurse works closely with Providers and the Site Manager to evaluate patient satisfaction and care outcomes and coordinate services within an integrated health care delivery system. ECHO Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center serving insured, uninsured, under-insured, and homeless community members. The organization employs more than 100 team members, serves approximately 15,000 people, and provides clinical and community outreach services through six full-time clinics. This full-time position is based at Division Street Clinic in Evansville, Indiana, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule and no weekends or evenings.
Requirements
- Current Indiana LPN Nursing License or CMA/RMA Certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Concern for client dignity.
Nice To Haves
- One year of EPIC experience.
- One year of clinical experience.
- Spanish language skills.
