Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Protocol Specialist to support our prospective client within the United States Coast Guard (USCG), CG-AIR. This role is to report onsite in Elizabeth City, NC. This position is contingent upon award. The Protocol Specialist will organize and coordinate base-wide tours, conduct weekly tours for new employees and visitors, lead specialized tours for visiting groups, greet arriving aircraft, arrange transportation for visitors, escort guests, manage visitor itineraries, set up and operate audio/visual equipment for meetings, manage conference room schedules, attend meetings, record minutes, and publish them. They will also plan and manage ceremonies, provide support on protocol matters, organize social functions, coordinate recognition programs, and assist with administrative duties.
