About The Position

Windermere Careers is hiring a Prospecting Recruiter to support the Windermere Recruiting Team in their recruiting and staffing efforts. This position requires results-driven work and a desire to find the best candidates for approximately 300 Windermere Offices. The recruiting team interviews 150+ candidates per month. There is a quota associated with the performance of this position. The majority of this role will involve high-volume outbound prospecting through social media, texting, calling, real estate schools, and other prospecting services. The ultimate goal is to fill the recruiters’ calendars with interview appointments. This position offers a clear upward career path for individuals interested in recruiting careers if they meet their prospecting goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working in the recruiting/sourcing industry.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search strings.
  • Someone who can keep up with the pace of a rapidly growing department and continue to push it forward.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, social media platforms, recruiting tools, ATS and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
  • Coachable leader that understands scalable environments and growth initiatives.

  • Real estate knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting at least 200 or more recruits a day, through cold calls, text, and email, and follow up with warm leads with a goal of setting up interviews for the recruiting team to interview.
  • Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.
  • Promptly replying to team members, branch managers/owners, and prospective recruits.
  • Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring the integrity of applicant tracking system data.
  • Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs, and earning their trust to help them achieve our team’s recruiting goals.
  • Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, Zoom, ATS, CRM(s), and specialty platforms.
  • Being on top of your game while working in many markets, with thousands of prospects, and many reps and decision makers.
  • Taking ownership in growing this initiative by making it better.
  • Nurturing candidates, market knowledge of competitors and real estate market conditions, and getting reviews on our company's job board pages.
