Windermere Careers is hiring a Prospecting Recruiter to support the Windermere Recruiting Team in their recruiting and staffing efforts. This position requires results-driven work and a desire to find the best candidates for approximately 300 Windermere Offices. Our recruiting team interviews 150+ candidates per month. There is a quota associated with the performance of this position. Most of this role will require high-volume outbound prospecting through social media, texting, calling, real estate schools, and other prospecting services. The end goal is to fill our recruiters’ calendars with interview appointments. This position offers a clear upward career path for individuals who are interested in recruiting careers if they hit their prospecting goals.
