The main purpose of this job is to develop end-to-end Request for Proposals (RFP) responses and other proposal types for business-to-business opportunities with Commercial Segment sales teams. Developing content for these responses involves representing Commerce Bank’s products and services and portraying its unique value proposition in compelling, nuanced, and accurate ways. This role requires meeting strict and competing deadlines while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders. The specialist will also coordinate project timelines, support deliverables tracking, and adhere to Commerce Bank brand and style guidelines. Additionally, the role involves assisting in maintaining a content management system library, supporting tracking of proposal win/loss rates, and obtaining necessary content approvals from key internal stakeholders.
