About The Position

The Proposals Manager will be responsible for updating and maintaining the pricing model, researching historical pricing data, and compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals and change orders. This role also involves coordinating and authoring RFI responses, maintaining an RFI response library, and liaising with the Finance Department. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with a preference for experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry and eClinical technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, in the field of Business Administration preferred.
• At least 4 years of related proposals experience
• At least 3 years in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry required, eClinical technologies experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management.
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
• Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep.
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
• Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI response efforts.
• Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications.
• Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries.
