The Proposal Manager I at PowerSecure leads the development of complex, high-value proposals, RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses by following processes that enable PowerSecure to more efficiently serve the market and provide the business with the confidence of knowing that thorough reviews have been completed across the legal, compliance, corporate risk management, finance, engineering, manufacturing, product development, and other functions of the business in order to deliver industry leading solutions to our customers. The Proposal Manager I will be accountable to follow the sales processes at PowerSecure and make recommendations to improve these, while providing the highest level of quality and consistency in proposal submissions to address the ongoing proposal needs for the PowerSecure Sales Team. The Proposal Manager also supports the sales team by issuing company commercial documentation requested by the customers and maintaining the associated proposal team content library and data accuracy of the company’s customer relationship management tool. Success in this role will depend upon effective stakeholder management, and a proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver proposal resources inside a complex business environment.
