About The Position

You will be the Proposal Analyst for the MDMS Estimating team. Our team is responsible for developing proposals from pre‑RFP through contract award for the Multi‑Domain Missile Systems (MDMS) program. As the Proposal Analyst you will be responsible for delivering exceptional proposals and pricing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications - Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business-related Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1+ years of professional experience and may have post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
• Experience in Estimating or other Finance related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office products
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Estimating, Pricing, Finance and other Business Operations functions.
• Comprehensive written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to F&BO Leadership.
• Knowledge of 1LMX tools (i.e. S4, ProPricer, BOEPro)
• Experience with MFC Estimating Systems and development of prime proposals / MFC proposal processes, including: previous fact finding/negotiation experience at the prime contract level; experience with MFC TINA process / requirements and Certification requirements at the prime contract level in an Estimating role.
• 1LMX awareness and knowledge
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Compile cost, schedule, and technical elements in accordance with RFP specifications.
• Coordinate collection of cost, scheduling, and performance data from functional departments.
• Research and analyze historical data, developing cost models to support proposal efforts.
• Prepare and present Executive Proposal Panel (EPP) reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout the proposal process.
