About The Position

Hallson Hospitality Co. manages over 150 short-term rental properties in Nashville. The Property Operations Runner is a crucial on-the-ground role responsible for ensuring properties are guest-ready. This involves tasks such as stocking supplies, shopping for guest requests, remaking beds, setting up special arrangements for guests, and handling immediate needs to maintain property readiness. The role collaborates with the Operations, Guest Experience, and Cleaning Vendor Coordination teams to manage property turnovers and address guest needs in real-time.

Requirements

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Physically able to lift and carry supplies, linens, and small furniture items.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable communicating directly with guests via text message.
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, Nashville neighborhoods and traffic patterns.
Comfortable using a phone for task management, photo documentation, and communication.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in hospitality, delivery, property services, grocery shopping/errand services, or a similar hands-on role.

Responsibilities

Shop for and stock guest fill-your-fridge requests, sourcing substitutions as needed.
Communicate with guests via text to confirm grocery substitutions.
Stock homes according to guest orders and property standard supply lists.
Submit final grocery receipts for guest charging.
Set up guest celebrations (e.g., balloons, cake) prior to arrival.
Deliver treats for guest service recovery.
Stock and restock guest fridges and welcome amenities before check-in.
Deliver requested items to guests during their stay (e.g., linens, toiletries, chargers, cribs).
Remake beds and perform light tidying for quick property resets between cleanings.
Pick up and drop off supplies between properties, storage units, and vendors.
Respond to urgent requests from Operations, Guest Experience, or Cleaning Vendor Coordinator.
Keep a personal vehicle stocked and organized with core supplies.
Follow property access protocols accurately and securely.
