About The Position

Farbman Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of its commercial property portfolio. The role ensures properties are maintained to high standards, promotes tenant satisfaction, and supports strong financial performance. The Property Manager oversees leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, budgeting, financial reporting, vendor coordination, inspections, lease administration, and vacancy marketing.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in commercial property management.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, lease administration, and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Must hold a valid Indiana Real Estate License.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage property operations, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
Develop and implement property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to maintain properties and complete repairs promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and address their concerns professionally and promptly.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and compliance with lease terms.
Assist in marketing vacancies and attracting new tenants.
