About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Fair Hills Apartments in Williston, North Dakota. The role oversees on-site personnel and promotes a strong working environment, builds relationships with residents, maintains occupancy at or above market levels, supports tenant renewals, and manages rental income and delinquencies. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays. Pre-employment screenings include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in multifamily housing.
Experience managing a team of 3 or more employees.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Yardi experience preferred.
CRMIQ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site personnel.
Oversee and foster a great working environment for the team.
Build and maintain relationships with community residents.
Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy.
Capture the highest possible renewal rates for existing tenants.
Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income.
