About The Position

Railey Vacations is seeking a Property Manager to oversee routine home inspections, secure properties after departures, and prepare them for arrivals. This role involves checking appliance and electronic device functionality, reporting maintenance and housekeeping issues, and maintaining effective communication with homeowners via email or phone.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Computer experience required

Nice To Haves

• Use of company vehicle on rotational basis (after 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Complete routine home inspections, and secure homes following departures and prepare homes for arrivals
• Check for functionality of all appliances and electronic devices
• Promptly report any maintenance or general housekeeping issues to other departments
• Provide homeowners with regular, effective communication by email or phone
