The Property Manager also analyzes market trends to implement marketing and leasing strategies, promotes resident satisfaction and retention by addressing issues promptly, and ensures the maintenance team complies with company standards. Additionally, they conduct property inspections to maintain safety and appearance standards, supervise property staff through interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training, and manage client/owner relationships by providing updates and responding to requests. The role also involves promoting a positive image of the apartment community and management company.
