About The Position

PsyPhyCare is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide in-person behavioral health and counseling services for a federally funded program in the Victoria, Texas area. The clinician will provide client-centered counseling services to adults experiencing behavioral health, adjustment, relationship, and life-transition concerns. Services may include individual, group, couples, and family counseling.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Current license permitting independent clinical practice
• Experience providing individual behavioral health counseling
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to provide services in person in the Victoria, TX area

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trauma-informed care, adjustment counseling, or similar populations preferred
• Experience working within government, community-based, or structured behavioral health programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person individual, group, couples, and family counseling
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based, client-centered counseling interventions
• Address behavioral health, adjustment, trauma, relationship, and life-transition concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate services and referrals when appropriate
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional standards
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and program requirements
