About The Position

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients across North Carolina through a fully remote behavioral health practice. You will work with adults navigating mental health concerns alongside the personal, social, and environmental factors that may be affecting their wellbeing. A strong clinical social work perspective is important here, especially the ability to understand the full picture of a client’s circumstances and provide care that is practical, responsive, and clinically appropriate.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active and unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina
Experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
Strong understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Ability to manage a remote caseload with accuracy and professionalism
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and review relevant clinical history
Identify treatment priorities and develop individualized care goals
Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adjustment concerns, and interpersonal stress
Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when clinically indicated
Recognize when additional resources, referrals, or a higher level of care may be appropriate
Complete progress notes and required clinical documentation within established timelines
Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards
