About The Position
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides structured virtual therapy sessions to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges. The role emphasizes consistent care, ethical practice, and measurable client outcomes within a supportive remote care model. This is a full-time position based in Hawaii, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active Hawaii LCSW license.
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Experience working independently with diverse client needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services via telehealth.
- Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed.
- Follow best practices for virtual mental health treatment.
