The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of property management policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, well-managed homes across LASH and Supportive Housing Management (SHM) portfolios. These Southern California scattered-site properties serve formerly homeless individuals and families, including residents referred by the Department of Health Services (DHS), as well as single-family homes operating as Care Homes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The Property Manager fosters a culture of collaboration and operational excellence, ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory and funding requirements, and maintains a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and service providers. This role works closely with maintenance staff, coordinates with and supervises vendors, and partners with internal teams and service providers to support housing stability and resident well-being.
