Position Summary Reporting to the regional Director, Property Management or designate, the Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, operational performance and financial stewardship of an assigned portfolio of industrial and commercial assets. The role acts as the primary point of coordination between tenants, vendors, internal partners and ownership/asset management to ensure properties are safe, well-maintained, financially controlled and operated in keeping with Concert standards, portfolio strategy, and applicable local requirements. This position does not have direct reports. Success in the role depends on strong independent judgment, disciplined follow-through, excellent tenant and vendor communication, practical building operations knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
