About The Position

The BAM Companies is hiring a Property Manager to take ownership of a residential community and lead its operations, team, and performance. The role oversees day-to-day property operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while working to meet performance goals and provide a welcoming resident experience. The Property Manager is responsible for financial performance, occupancy and retention, regulatory compliance, and care of the property.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM or property management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing Class B+ properties or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leasing, maintenance, and administrative team members.
• Manage property financials, including budgeting, rent collection, and cost control.
• Drive occupancy and resident retention through marketing and resident service.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines.
• Champion asset care and property performance.
