About The Position
The BAM Companies is seeking a Property Manager to take ownership of a residential community, lead its team, achieve performance goals, and help ensure residents feel at home. The role oversees community operations and emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, resident service, and property performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of residential property management experience.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Tech-savviness with CRM and property management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Class B+ or higher properties is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the leasing, maintenance, and administrative team.
- Manage budgets, rent collection, and cost control.
- Drive occupancy and resident retention through marketing and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines.
- Champion asset care and property performance.
