About The Position

We are seeking a polished, results-driven Property Manager to lead a newly built luxury 55+ townhome community. This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who excels in leasing, sales, and resident experience, and is energized by launching a new community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
• Proven success in sales/leasing and occupancy growth
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management software

Nice To Haves

• Experience with lease-ups, luxury, or 55+ communities preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy goals during lease-up
• Conduct personalized tours and deliver a high-touch, luxury experience
• Execute targeted marketing and outreach to attract 55+ residents
• Build relationships with local referral partners and community organizations
• Oversee daily operations, staff, and vendors
• Create a welcoming, service-driven community with engaging resident events
• Manage financials including rent collection and reporting
