Property Manager - Luxury Lease Up

SailEdina, MN

About The Position

At SAIL, we believe property management should be both high-performing and deeply human. Our team is driven by a commitment to giving our personal best, staying intellectually curious, valuing relationships, and showing up with enthusiasm each day. We care about results, but we care just as much about how we get there, through accountability, collaboration, strong follow-through, and a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of our residents, clients, partners, and each other. We’re preparing to open a brand-new community in downtown Wayzata and are looking for the right person to help bring it to life. Opening in May 2026, Norra is thoughtfully designed to feel more like a private club than a traditional apartment community, with refined finishes, hospitality-driven service, and amenity spaces curated to elevate everyday living. Residents will enjoy an outdoor spa and sundeck, poolside cabanas and lounge areas, fitness center, golf and sports simulator suite, co-working space and conference room, private dining room, club room, sauna, outdoor grilling and dining areas, and a stocked coffee and tea bar. SAIL is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to help lead the lease-up and day-to-day execution at Norra. This is not a role for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo. We are looking for a high-capacity, highly accountable professional who takes pride in details, moves with urgency, builds trust quickly, and brings mature judgment to a fast-moving environment. This person will help create the resident and prospect experience from the ground up and will play a critical role in setting the tone for the community’s success.
