Requirements
- Experienced Leasing or Sales Professional – 2+ years of leasing, customer service, or sales experience (luxury lease-up experience is a huge plus!).
- Passion for People & Customer Service – You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Marketing Savvy – You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.
- Weekend Availability – Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time!
- Education – High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus!

Responsibilities
- Engaging with Prospects & Residents – Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home.
- Showcasing Our Stunning Community – Conduct tours of our beautiful apartments and highlight what makes AMLI Redmond Way the place to live.
- Driving Occupancy Goals – Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media.
- Creating a True Sense of Community – Plan and host exciting resident events that make our property feel like home.
- Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Experience – Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
- Building Local Connections – Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep our property top of mind.
