About The Position

The Property Manager oversees operations at Club Mira Lago in Coral Springs, Florida. This full-time, in-office role is responsible for staff training, leasing, property appearance and maintenance coordination, community financial operations, rent collection, and monitoring local market conditions. The position offers a salary of $80,000 per year.

Requirements

High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
At least 5 years of residential property management experience.
Working knowledge of tenant and eviction laws.
Working knowledge of Office 365, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Experience with property management software and willingness and capability to learn new software.
Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Availability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Ensure team members receive appropriate initial and ongoing training for their positions.
Manage the leasing process by guiding the team in effective sales strategies and follow-through.
Maintain the property's appearance through daily walks, documenting deficiencies, and coordinating necessary improvements.
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor on preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and an organized make-ready process.
Oversee timely community financial operations, including billing and invoicing, budgeting, and monthly variance reporting.
Manage rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
Stay informed about apartment market conditions, area businesses, and property development.
