Multifamily Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. They are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the property's performance. This role involves ensuring the smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The role also requires providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability, while completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards. Tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, and driving revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs are key responsibilities. The Property Manager will lead by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission, supervising day-to-day operations of the on-site team, maintaining effective staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching, maintaining resident files, and managing the community budget and finances.
