Property Managers are responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, always ensuring a high level of service. Property Managers are also responsible for motivating high-performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role ensures the smooth running of our community in a fast-paced environment, overseeing all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. It involves providing superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability, and completing lease/renewal paperwork to company standards. The role also involves tracking and evaluating advertising and client traffic, developing, mentoring, leading, and managing a high-performing team, and driving revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs. The Property Manager leads by example, instilling and modeling Cushman & Wakefield’s mission, supervising day-to-day operations of the on-site team, and maintaining effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching. They will maintain residents' files, foster a positive living environment through conflict resolution, and manage the community budget and finances, working with leasing staff to meet goals.
