About The Position

The Property Management Analyst II analyzes property accountability operations, asset financial records, and capital improvement project records. The role provides analytical support for Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness and external compliance reviews. It analyzes property data and performance metrics, identifies gaps, and recommends corrective actions to the Government. The analyst also develops program reports, project plans, spreadsheets, and presentations to support management decisions, and supports SOP development, quality management, continuous improvement, and risk management within property accountability operations. Applicants must have more than seven years of relevant experience, be able to perform the described duties and use applicable Government systems, SOPs, and records controls, and possess an active SECRET security clearance. A bachelor’s degree in any field and experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or U.S. Navy programs or operations are preferred.
