Drive-By Occupancy Inspections - Baker, MT / Fallon County
About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. The primary responsibility is to determine if a property is occupied or vacant and to document its physical condition. This is achieved by taking specific photos of the property using a smartphone and reporting the findings through a mobile app. The inspector will rate the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor and answer multiple-choice questions about its state. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those working in the gig economy (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.), who can complete multiple inspections per hour. The work is based on 1099 contractor agreements.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
