About The Position
This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgage field services. Property Inspectors are required to visit physical properties to document their occupancy status and general condition. This involves taking specific photos, determining if a property is occupied or vacant, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and reporting this information using a mobile app. The role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those in the gig economy (Uber Drivers, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Pizza delivery).
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
Responsibilities

- Take photos of the property using a smartphone.
- Fill out a form on a smartphone using a downloadable app.
