About The Position

This role involves conducting drive-by occupancy inspections for mortgaged properties. Mortgage companies and banks are legally required to document the occupancy and physical condition of loans. As a Property Inspector, you will visit properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, take specific photos, and report on the general condition of the property using a mobile app. This is a great opportunity for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those working in ride-sharing or delivery services.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
