About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assessing their general condition (rating them as Good, Fair, or Poor), taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting findings via a mobile app. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those already working in delivery or ride-sharing services, who can complete multiple inspections per hour. The work is performed on a 1099 contractor basis.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
  • Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
  • Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
  • Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
