About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for determining if a property is occupied or vacant and assessing its physical condition. This involves visiting mortgaged properties, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting the general condition of the property via a mobile app. Inspectors will rate the property as Good, Fair, or Poor, and answer multiple-choice questions about its condition. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those in the gig economy (Uber Drivers, Lyft, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Pizza delivery).

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

• Good gas mileage for transportation is a plus.
