About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Contractors are responsible for documenting the occupancy and physical condition of mortgaged properties. This involves visiting properties to determine if they are occupied or vacant, assessing their general condition, taking specific photos using a smartphone, and reporting findings via a mobile app. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those in the gig economy (Uber, Lyft, Door Dash, etc.), who can complete multiple inspections per hour. The work is based on a 1099 contractor model.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

• Good gas mileage on transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities
