About The Position

The Stadium Swim Host is responsible for managing reservations, assisting Stadium Swim clientele, curating memorable experiences and providing superior guest service while acting as a brand ambassador for Circa and Stadium Swim.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high-volume beverage, day club or pool setting
Must possess excellent communication skills
Must be able to communicate in English
Ability to network and comfortably communicate with others in order to develop business
Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
Ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude
Must be able to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts
Must possess basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions
Willingness to participate in promotional campaigns
Must have or be able to obtain all required Nevada work cards

Responsibilities

Practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times
Developing and maintaining relationships with guests
Assisting guests with table reservations and special requests
Escorting guests to and from private, reserved seating areas
Entertaining guests and curating a unique, memorable experience
Promoting Stadium Swim specific events
Following all designated emergency procedures and duties in the event of an emergency
Assisting guests with requests, offering alternatives and seeing assistance as necessary
Understanding and being well versed in the resort features and services including all outlets, hours of operations, activities and events available to guests
Attending required training
Looking for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders
Promoting upcoming events via social platforms
