About The Position

The Stadium Swim Box Office Cashier is responsible for processing ticketing and cashiering transactions for Stadium Swim.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in a high volume beverage, day club or pool setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics, accurately and consistently balance a cash drawer in accordance with company policy.
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work within a team environment and maintain a positive “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Must be able to work all shifts and days including opening and closing shifts.
• Basic knowledge of the Las Vegas area and attractions.
• Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
• Ability to stand and walking for long periods of time.
• Must be able to handle prolonged periods of sun exposure.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Handling cash, credit card and complimentary transactions at the point of sales system.
• Processing of pre-purchased ticket transactions.
• Processing of retail transactions.
• Daily setup and breakdown of work area.
• Following all designated emergency procedures and understanding duties in the event of an emergency.
• Providing constant visual surveillance of pool and surrounding area identifying any safety or emergency.
• Assisting guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Understanding and being well versed in the resort features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
• Attending required training.
• Looking for opportunities to assist peers, guests, other departments or leaders.
• Participating in promotional campaigns & promoting upcoming events via social platforms.
