The Property Engineering Division (PENG) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support its real estate and property management functions. This role provides a wide range of high-level administrative, technical, and organizational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with regulatory and documentation standards. As a Management Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping manage the County’s real estate assets by maintaining accurate records, supporting project coordination, and preparing materials for leadership and Board review. Opportunities with this role: Obtain experience and skills in government real estate transactions Collaborate with a team of professionals responsible for managing the many facets of county-owned and leased properties Researching, updating agreement terms, drafting and preparing legal documents, communicating with various departments, and managing documents through execution Interact with Directors, Project Managers, and peers in various County departments, Title Companies, and Private and Government Landlords and Tenants Gain a sense of accomplishment and pride in your work As one of the fastest-growing counties in the nation, the Maricopa County Real Estate Department plays a vital role in shaping our community’s future.
