About The Position

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our properties, ensuring a positive experience for residents and maintaining efficient property management processes. Through many years of experience, we have developed great expertise when it comes to renovating investment and residential properties. Our skilled handyman team in Maryland has the experience to handle the entire construction project – either it is a small repair around the house or a construction of a new one.

Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and property management practices
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Proficiency in office software and data entry
• Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in leasing activities
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized property files
• Assist in rent collection and financial reporting
• Support the Property Manager in administrative tasks as needed
• Managing listings
• Weekly visits to Baltimore city Permit office
