Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Damage Coordinator

About The Position

Kanner & Pintaluga is a law firm founded in 2003 that has recovered over $1 billion for property damage and personal injury clients nationwide. The firm has nearly 100 lawyers and more than 30 offices throughout the Central and Southeastern United States. The Property Damage Coordinator is assigned to clients’ cases requiring a property damage claim and serves as a liaison between clients and insurance companies to help ensure claims are settled properly and quickly. The role calls for strong research, multitasking, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or GED and English/Spanish bilingual ability are required. Personal injury and legal experience are preferred.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and coworkers.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Full-time availability, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
