About The Position
The Young Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Property Custodian Team Member to maintain its Mountain Creek Lodge training facility in Morgan, Utah. The role helps keep the property clean, organized, safe, and welcoming for employees, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and enjoys maintaining a well-kept environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
Nice To Haves

- Previous custodial or maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform general housekeeping of the training facility cabin while tenants are renting it, including changing sheets and emptying garbage.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and promptly report issues.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
- Uphold safety standards and protocols while performing custodial duties.
