About The Position

The Property Cleaner completes unit turnover cleanings and common-area cleanings at apartment complexes as directed by the Cleaning Foreman. The role coordinates unit-cleaning schedules with the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor, completes turnover checklists within assigned time frames, documents completed cleaning, and follows up with the Property Manager and Lead Cleaning Technician. Other duties include cleaning public areas, assisting with grounds work, and completing other assigned tasks as needed. The Property Cleaner is expected to work cooperatively, follow company standards and policies, and perform duties professionally, consistently, and safely. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Motivation and exceptional communication and organizational skills.
One to three years of previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the scheduling of units to be cleaned with the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor.
Complete the turnover cleaning checklist for each assigned unit within the specified time frame.
Document items cleaned and follow up with the Property Manager and Lead Cleaning Technician.
Assist with public-area cleaning as assigned, including vacuuming hallways and cleaning laundry rooms and entryways.
Assist with outside grounds work, such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.
Complete and follow up on other tasks necessary or assigned to fulfill job duties.
Work cooperatively and comply with company standards, policies, and procedures; perform duties professionally, consistently, and safely.
