About The Position

The Property Cleaner completes apartment unit turnover cleanings and common-area cleaning as directed by the Cleaning Foreman. The role works with the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor to schedule unit cleanings, completes assigned cleaning checklists within set time frames, and documents completed work. The cleaner may also assist with public-area cleaning and outside grounds work. The position requires motivated, professional, cooperative, and safe work practices, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

One to three years of previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with the Property Manager and Regional Property Supervisor to schedule units for cleaning.
Complete the turnover cleaning checklist for each scheduled unit within the assigned time frame.
Document items cleaned and follow up with the Property Manager and Lead Cleaning Technician.
Assist with public-area cleaning as assigned, including vacuuming hallways and cleaning laundry rooms and entryways.
Assist with outside grounds work, such as picking up trash and pulling weeds.
Complete and follow up on other tasks necessary to fulfill job duties.
Work cooperatively and comply with company standards, policies, and procedures, conducting work professionally, consistently, and safely.
